Alea Casino Weekend Promotion on Heart Scotland, October 2016

RULES

  • The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Alea Casino Weekend Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 22nd October and Sunday 23rd October on Heart Scotland (the “Radio Station”).
  • Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

    • Details of the Competition:

  • To enter the competition an entrant must call 0345 7 414 313. One listener will be selected at random to play the ‘Name Game’. The presenter will then ask the caller to guess the celebrity they have written down by asking only yes or no questions, from four options. All winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air.  If the entrant fails to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.  The presenters decision is final.  Should the listener guess correctly the celebrity, they will be deemed to be the winner.
  • The winner will then be contacted by a member of the Heart team who will organise their prize.

    • Eligibility:

  • Over 18s only.
  • Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.

    • Prize:

  • The prize each day is a table of 10 at an ISOBAR Party Night on Friday 2nd December. Includes, Hot & Cold Buffet, DJ and party from 8pm until 1am then an after party in the ‘Long Bar’ until 4am
  •  2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
